Update Prices

Editing Existing Prices

1. Log into https://inishbeg.checkfront.com
2. From Top dropdown menu select 'Inventory' > 'Items' ( This takes you to a list of inventory items, both properties and sundries)
3. Click on a property you want to edit i.e 'The Boathouse'
4. Notice the footer menu at the bottom of the window (a dark grey bar)

5. ​Select 'Pricing' from this bottom menu

6. Scroll all the way down to the 'Pricing Table' ( looks like below)

7. You can now edit the We/Mw prices for all seasons and years

8. Once prices are updated make sure to SAVE by clicking 'Save' on the bottom menu to the right.

9. Raise and repeat for each property

Adding new prices to the system (should be done yearly)

The system is designed to deal with the following seasons; New Year, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Christmas. The date ranges of each season can be set per year. To add a new Season type or conflate seasons together will require the webmaster to do development work, Please get in touch.
